USE OF ANTICOAGULANT IN COVID-19 PATIENTS AT PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GAMPING HOSPITAL YOGYAKARTA

Based on WHO data, there is about 14% average of patients who suffer from a severe level Covid-19 disease and 5% admitted to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) are known have symptoms thromboembolism coagulopathy disorders. The current management therapy requires heparin. This research aims find out accuracy heparin regimen, determine improvement patient's clinical condition, side effects based response, analyze relationship between therapeutic regimen also know incidence after use. type this was descriptive-analytic with cohort design retrospective data collection. were collected by taking medical records at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital Yogyakarta. Moreover, including regimens subjective condition patient objective during therapy. obtained analyzed using univariate analysis technique bivariate technique. results showed 61 fulfilled inclusion criteria. evaluation 95.08% correct 4.92% incorrect results. result significant parameters APTT number (p=0.006; RR=0.155; CI = 0.085-0.283). Whereas, not found (p>0.05).
